When will I start to see improvement?Normally, I see the biggest change in a few weeks, but you should start seeing improvement by night 3

Can you guarantee no crying?Unfortunately, I can't guarantee no crying, it is important to recognise that some form of crying is normal. This crying is a natural response of protest as you are changing the way your child sleeps. However, you can expect the crying to decrease progressively with each day as your child becomes more comfortable with the new sleep routine.

Is sleep training cry it out?Cry it out(CIO) is one type of sleep training, but it is not the only option. I offer a wide variety of sleep training methods and work with you to find an approach that you are comfortable with.

I know you help babies, but can you help me with my 2 year old?Yes! I can help toddlers and older children up to the age of 4 years old.
